100% Healing

Like so many other “90s kids,” born in the 80s, I grew up learning agreeability makes life easy, and silence keeps everyone comfortable.

I’ve grown to realize that easy and comfortable makes you “friends,” but it doesn’t challenge the status quo.

Giving up alcohol allowed me to give up easy and comfortable. Today I choose to share my thoughts and opinions because I know that everyone’s unique perspective is a story that deserves to be told.

Even if nobody asked…

Reclaiming My Voice

A young girl in a colorful hat standing in an outdoor area with booths and trees, holding her hands up to her face near a promotional stand for a children's circus.

Hi, my name is Kryssie!

Welcome to a space, where I’ll share my own unsolicited opinions and the facts/experiences that led me there.

I’m hoping to inspire you to share your story, too. No matter who you are, it deserves to be told.

Here, sharing my stories, I make no commitments.

Western Society has trained us to hustle, to be consistent, to make money, to be well-known.

I refuse to hinge the worth of this little space on the world wide web; on how much content it holds. I refuse to judge myself on how much content I create in this space.

No schedule.

No calendar.

No apologies.

If you do connect with what I share, I hope you’ll return to engage, share in community, and even reclaim your own voice .
